Purchase Orders / Net Terms
For approved commercial customers, SmartHVACDirect may offer purchase order (PO) and net payment terms on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team if you are ordering for a business, multi-site project, or large-volume installation.

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, SmartHVACDirect may require additional verification for high-ticket HVAC orders. This may include confirming billing details, delivery information, or identity before fulfillment.
Orders will not ship until verification is complete.
Once your payment is completed, you will receive:

- A receipt for your records
- Processing begins only after payment approval
