8. Equipment Arrival & Inspection
When your freight shipment arrives:

Inspect and count all items before signing.

Confirm your count matches the delivery receipt.

Check for dents, scratches, or visible damage in front of the driver.

Note any discrepancies directly on the delivery receipt.
Common Notations:

Clear: Counts and condition correct.

Short: Items missing; list them. Carrier has 7 business days to locate. If not found, replacements are shipped free of charge.

Wrap Broken: Shrink wrap appears torn or replaced.

Damaged: Visible product damage.

9. Damaged Shipments
